| Jewelry making is a creative passion of mine. I began creating my own jewelry as a way to represent and support my healing journey. Gradually, my clients and friends asked me to create healing pieces for them to wear. My intention is to create a powerful healing totem that will draw you deeper into spiritual practice, support you on your journey, and mirror your inner beauty. I have been making wearable art since I was a little girl. I was always trying to squeeze the emotion I felt into the piece I was making. In the early days, I mostly made things for my mom. She was a seamstress, and tried as she would to teach me to sew properly, I was more interested in finding new and interesting ways to make things with glue, and staples, and wire. (There was also the time when making a present for my mom, I cut off my hair and glued it to a paper plate - I was 5 and that didn't go over well!) I still have the first piece I made - a little coin purse using the red and white checked fabric scraps from my mom's handmade mother & daughter outfit. Of course it is stapled and glued together and features the cutest beaded handle! You too may have deep roots to creative outlets from childhood.
