the most important person in your life- - YOU! This is the group where you will receive support, guidance, positive feedback, warmth, friendship, and GROW in a healthy way. If you have been in "group therapy" before, this won't be the same experience. While we will share our experiences with each other and receive support, we will also laugh and be inspired to become our best selves. There is nothing expected of you- other than your presence and your open heart. We will meet once a month, in Arlington Heights, IL for 6 sessions The cost is $45.00 per session: pay as you go, or pay up front. While I do not ask you to promise to attend all 6 sessions, it is important for you to know that the Circle will not be open to new members once it is formed. Make this your year that starts with YOU, get to know some interesting women, and find some spiritual support. Maybe even make a friend. As always, let me know if you have questions or concerns.
