Welcome! I am so glad you are here. Have you ever tried checking in with yourself to see how you are doing? Sound strange? Try it now. Ask yourself: How am I doing in this moment? And, what do I need? You might be surprised at what you find out! Maybe you found out that you are overwhelmed at the thought of making time for yourself and your needs. I am too busy, people say. Is it really true? Really? You are too busy to take care of yourself? You, the most important person in your life? Do you notice that you put others before yourself? Others like your partner, your kids, your co-workers and even your pets? We feel selfish thinking about our own needs. The truth is: you have to take time to fill yourself up before you can give anything out. I am all about listening to your needs and teaching you to take care of those needs for yourself in a life affirming, healthy way. I believe you have a unique purpose in life. You matter. You are important. And, it is not because of your achievements but because of who you are. Just by being you, you are special. In my healing practice, we begin a journey that starts with you in the present moment -- where you are at right now in your life. Together, we can explore the areas where you feel stuck, heal issues that are unresolved, and find new ways of living life from a place of empowerment. Through this process, you will discover what your deepest longings are. Longings are the clues that point to our purpose in life -- our unique reason for being here on this planet. Together, we will find the path that honors you in setting healthy boundaries, and saying yes to yourself! I am passionate about teaching people that healing is a process which begins by being still, and listening to yourself. Really listening. It is not a process that is learned by being “too busy”. Begin your journey inward. Start today! Wherever you are, whatever is going on in your life, I believe things can change. I am here to support your journey, to guide you through, to find the treasures inside. Wishing you all the best! |
