that healing is a process which begins by being still, and listening to yourself. Really listening. In my healing practice, we begin a journey that starts with you in the present moment -- where you are at right now in your life. Together, we can explore the areas where you feel stuck, gently address and heal those pieces that feel unresolved, and find new ways of living life from a place of empowerment. Through this process, you will discover what your deepest longings are. Longings are the clues that point to our purpose in life -- our unique reason for being here on this planet. I believe you have a unique purpose in life. You matter. You are important. And, it is not because of your achievements in life... It is because of who you are. Just by being you - you are special. I am all about listening to your needs and teaching you to take care of them yourself in a life affirming, healthy way. The truth is: you have to take time to fill yourself up before you can give anything out. Together, we will find the path that honors you in setting healthy boundaries, and saying YES to yourself!
